Yearly Membership
(Sept – July)

This year long training cycle is designed for those dedicated wrestlers who consistently seek training and competition in all styles of wrestling. Pre, Post, In-Season, and Strength programs are all included in this package. Students who commit to this comprehensive program will progress to a higher mastery of the sport through our systematic approach of developing wrestlers mind, body, and sprit. Signing up for a year membership gives your student unlimited access to Grindhouse Wrestling School throughout the year (excluding summer camps).

Pre-Season Membership
(Sept 10 – Nov 1)

The purpose of this program is to offer training and technique of the highest quality for serious wrestlers seeking to prepare for the Season, Pre-Season Nationals, & the SUPER 32. The training will consist of technique progression, structured drilling, and situational / Live Wrestling. This is optimal time to develop new skills, polish existing technique, and sharpen your timing as the regular season draws near. Wrestling practice will run Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday. The optional Strength & Conditioning Program will run on Tuesday & Thursday (must be 10 or older).


In-Season Membership
(Nov 12 - March 28)


• High School / Middle School: (Sunday, Monday, Wednesday)
This program is designed for serious students who seek supplemental training beyond that of their school workouts. Implementing training techniques and methods of the highest quality is the focus. These classes are for students looking to move their wrestling intelligence up to the next level, both mentally and physically. The strength program on Tuesday’s is included with this membership

• Elite Youth (7-11 yrs old): (Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday)
This program is designed for advanced youth wrestlers who seek training at a high level in a fun/focused environment. Along with new cutting-edge techniques and training methods, these sessions will offer mastery of basic fundamentals that have proven success at all levels. To be considered for the Elite Class you must have at least 2 yrs of wrestling experience at GHWC or have placed in a state or national event.

• Intermediate Youth (7-11 yrs old): (Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
This program is designed for a youth wrestler who has been wrestling 1 to 3 years and still needs at least one practice per-week at a slower pace. All Intermediate wrestlers will display a basic understanding of wrestling technique. The Intermediate class will follow a combined practice schedule that will allow them to practice with both the Elite Youth and Rookie Youth throughout the season.

• Rookie Youth (6-11 yrs old): (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
The purpose of this program is to introduce the sport of wrestling to new athletes. These classes will be centered on learning basic wrestling, body positions, and having fun. We want to create a fun environment with wrestling related games and technique with the future goal of moving onto the Intermediate and Elite Youth classes.

Post-Season
(April 8 – June 6)

We will take a week off for spring break March 31- April 7. When we return from break we will begin our Freestyle/Greco training phase thru the beginning of June. These classes will run three days per week April 8 – June 6 (Sun, Mon, Thurs). The classes are for all ages and skill levels. The Strength & Agility class will start up April 9 and run two days per week (Tuesday, Thursday) thru June 6. Our SE Regional Training Camp will be included in both options.

Summer Wrestling Practices
(June 10 – July 25)

Summer Wrestling will consist of a mixture of the International styles (Freestyle & Greco) and Folkstyle wrestling. These practices are for those preparing for Junior Duals, Fargo, Age group National Tournaments, and the upcoming season. All practices are Open to wrestlers of all ages and skill levels. These practices are low to high in intensity and more about repetition and drilling correct technique.

Wrestling Strength & Conditioning
(Must be 10 or Older)

Our Strength and Agility program is designed for wrestlers, but available for any serious male/female athlete looking to gain an edge on the competition. During the In-Season months we will only run group workouts once per-week. During the Pre, Post, and summer month’s workouts will run 2 days per week. Based on the class size In-Season Workouts will be divided up into age-based groups on Tuesday nights. Individual personal workouts are available.


Pre-Season: September 11 – November 1 (Tuesday & Thursday)
In-Season: November 13 – March 26 (Tuesday’s Only)
Post-Season thru Summer: April 9 – July 25 (Tuesday & Thursday)

8. Strength: $75 per month

Private / Small Group Instruction
• Group of 2-4 = $40 member / $60 non-member
• Group of 5-6 = $35 member / $50 non-member
• 1 hour Session

• Must be a Yearly or Seasonal Member to receive member rate.


Video Analysis
• 20 minutes = $10 member / $30 non-member

Video analysis sessions are available to members & non-members. The entire session is a video based and devoted to taking notes. Minimal mat time will be used during this session. We require at least two full length matches to use during the session.
